Hi Friends, I tried Adele’s weight loss diet over the last 6 weeks! I wanted to find out for myself how Adele achieved her dramatic weight loss, so I ate like Adele and I trained like Adele, needless to say it was… challenging to say the least! As someone who's been compared to her (not for my talent), I wanted to give Adele's diet a go and see what all the hype was about. How did Adele lose weight? According to my sources, Adele's diet for weight loss was the sirtfood diet, Pilates, Circuits, Personal Training and even a bit of Joe Wicks (The Body Coach) home work outs. The Sirtfood Diet: “Adele is said to have followed the "sirtfood" diet. It involves eating foods that boost a protein called sirtuin, including blueberries, strawberries, turmeric, walnuts, onions, green tea, and even red wine and dark chocolate.” Part 1: Day 1- 3 days calories are restricted to 1,000 per day: 1 meal/day & 2 green juices/day Part 2: Calories increased to around 1,500 – 2 meals and 1 green juice per day (in my case for the next 6 weeks) Sirtfood Diet: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/sirtfood-diet Exercise: Not much, but did try – pilates, circuit training and a personal trainer in the last few weeks. Adele exercises more than me for sure. I mainly wanted to try and focus on Adele's diet for this 6 week period, as I really wanted to improve my relationship with food.
