Rules and Regulations

General Rules:

• ▪There are 12 levels for KG Stage and 10 levels for Basic Stage.

  - It is allowed to downgrade from Basic to KG stage, but it is not allowed to upgrade from KG to Basic.

  - The level duration is 3 months. Students take 12 sessions, and each session is once per week, two hours.

  - Fees is paid in advance at the beginning of each month.

  - Course or tools fees are nonrefundable during offers.

  UCMAS has the right to select and assign the schedules and the start dates of the courses. So, please get back to the branch to know the available slots.

  - The academy has the right to increase the fees of the course, book, or tools.

  - If a student stops for 3 months, he/she will repeat the last level. In case of stopping for 6 months, the student will repeat the last three stories.

  - If the student stops for more than a year, he/she will repeat levels of KG/Basic Stages from the beginning.

  classes Compensation Rules:
  

• In the case of the student being absent from one of the classes, he shall take compensating classes in the center, and the compensatory class fees shall be paid With a receipt from UCMAS International Academy.
• The duration of the compensatory class is an hour and a half.
• In  Case the student can't attend the level final exam on the specified date, a make-up exam is held for a fee of 50 pounds with a receipt From UCMAS International Academy.
  
  Registration:

• The registration process is done in person, as it is not allowed to register by phone or e-mail.
• It is recommended to register quickly so that the student obtains the books for the level on the specified date and before the start of the course.
• The student is not considered registered in the program until after paying the fees.
  
  UCMAS coaches:

• UCMAS reserves the right to select the appropriate trainer for each group, and to change it based on technical and management considerations.
• Any follow-up with the trainer is at the end of the lesson “outside the classroom.” Parents are not allowed to enter classrooms.
  
  Refund Rules:

• The fees paid for books, counters, training materials, and registration forms cannot be refunded.
• If the guardian wants to recover the amount paid from the course fees, the following should be taken into account:
• The necessity of submitting the original printed electronic receipt from the Academy's system.
• The guardian has the right to recover the amount of the monthly fees within 14 days from the date of filling out the registration form.
• No refund will be returned after the first session of the course, whether the student attended or not.
• The Academy is not responsible for not receiving or losing electronic payment receipts for the system.
• The amount specified according to the previous clauses shall be refunded two weeks after the request.
• Students will be given certificates in two stages, after the advanced level, and after the Grand B level.
• Books of the next level will not be delivered without prior reservation.
• It is not allowed to wait inside the academy branches or at the entrances of the branches.
• UCMAS students are entitled to discounts on other programs the academy offers.
• In Case of a riot or any improper act by the guardian, the student’s participation in the Academy will be canceled immediately and legal measures will be taken against him, without the slightest responsibility on the Academy.
